The 14-day Nepal Holiday Tour with Everest Flight has been designed to cover most of Nepal's natural and cultural grandeur. We begin our tour with visits to UNESCO World Heritage Sites in the Kathmandu Valley followed by a scenic Mt. Everest flight among the high and mighty Himalayas. Next, travel to the outskirts of the valley like Daman and Nagarkot to admire the excellent views of the Himalayas. We also spend a day at Bandipur and admire the amazing atmosphere of this beautiful town. Later, drive to Pokhara, the beautiful Lake City and enjoy its many cultural and natural landmarks. Our next stop will be Lumbini - the birthplace of Buddha but not before stopping-by at the picturesque town of Tansen. While returning from Lumbini, we stop at Chitwan National Park which is again a World Heritage Site. While here, we engage ourselves in canoeing, bird-watching and jungle safari which are all top attractions of this natural heritage site.

Detail Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Kathmandu (1,300 m/4,264 ft)

Upon our arrival in Kathmandu, Limitless Vacation will arrange to pick us up from the airport. We will then be transferred to our hotel. During the late afternoon, we can either visit Limitless Vacation office or take a rest at our hotel room. In the evening, there will be a welcome dinner hosted by Himalayan Glacier which will introduce you to the Nepalese food culture. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 2

Sightseeing in Kathmandu: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple, Swayambhunath and Bauddhanath

After breakfast, we begin our sightseeing tour by visiting UNESCO World Heritage Sites within Kathmandu. Kathmandu Durbar Square showcases Nepalese art and architecture at its best. The architecture is typical of the Malla dynasty who ruled over Nepal from the 12th to the 18th century. Swayambhunath Temple is popular among the foreigners as the Monkey Temple owing to the large monkey population residing in the area. Pashupatinath Temple is situated on the banks of river Bagmati and is one of the principal temples of Lord Shiva. The Bauddhanath Stupa is one of the largest stupas in South Asia which is built on the ancient trade route to Tibet.

Day 3

Scenic Mt. Everest Flight and Sightseeing Tour of Patan, Khokana and Bungmati

Early in the morning we leave our hotel for an hour-long mountain flight and acquire the closest possible aerial views of the world’s highest peak, Mt Everest, the world’s second highest peak, Kanchenjunga and other high Himalayas along with a clear glimpse of the Tibetan Plateau. In the afternoon, we visit Patan, Khokana and Bungmati. Listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites, Patan Durbar Square is rich in ancient arts and architecture. Khokana is famous for the vernacular village and its mustard-oil seed industrial heritage. Bungamati somewhat seems untouched by time. Here, you can see people drying red chilies and garlic from their windows. Overnight at Kathmandu.

Day 4

Sightseeing: Thimi, Bhaktapur, Changu Narayan and Nagarkot

Thimi is about 10 kilometers east of Kathmandu and is famous for earthen wares, masks, puppets, hand woven clothes and other handicrafts. The place is also well-known for its sweet beaten rice grown on tradition fields. We also visit Bhakatpur, an irresistible city with an authentic local lifestyle preserved over centuries of isolation from the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu. While in the city square, we get to admire the Nyata-Pola Temple, the Golden Gate, water spouts and the 55 Window Palace which merge together to provide an ambience of a magical outdoor theater to its visitors. We also immerse ourselves in the authentic delicacy of the locals in Bhaktapur. Changu Narayan is the oldest temple in the Kathmandu valley and boasts of being the oldest pagoda style building of Nepal.  Today we also visit Nagarkot, a village in Bhaktapur which sits at 7,200 ft and boasts stunning Himalayan vistas. It is also renowned for its sunrise and sunset views of the Himalayas. Depending on your choice, we will visit Nagarkot either for sunrise or for sunset.

Day 5

Nagarkot to Daman: 77km, 3-4 hours

We will move to Daman on 5th day .Daman is a beautiful place loacted 77 kilometers away from Kathmandu & 2400 metres above sea level .Its about four hours drive deep into the magnificient mountainous village along the sporadical colony and woods with variety of rhododendron. Daman is a popular village & market town area which  has got a  view tower  delighting  you with the blistering range of narrow Himalayas strecthing from Everest in east to Dhaulagiri in the west with many other Himalayas like Annapurna,Manaslu,Ganesh, Langtang ,Cho Oyu etc. We also can opt. for hiking around the village which familiarizes you with the local lifestyle. In the evening, there will be dinner with traditional Nepali cultural program in the resort.

Day 6

Daman to Bandipur: 170km, 4-5 hours

Daman is followed by travel to Bandipur on 6th day of our tour.Bandipur is a amazing village 143 k.m away from kathmandu  at 1030 metre above sea level and is settled on the top of the hill on the way to pokhara. The typical antique Nepalese colony posses houses built in like old houses in Kathmandu on the hills of Bandipur which serves natural exposure to the urban eyes eager for nature's nourishment, especially the panoramic views of the Annapurnas. It also shelters popular cave known as Siddha cave which is asia’s largest cave probably , where we can visit to have some good times. Finally we will have amazing day at Bandipur.

Day 7

Bandipur to Pokhara: 73km, 2-3 hours

After taking breakfast, we will drive to Pokhara which is also known as The Lake City owing to the large number of lakes in the city like Phewa lake , Begnas lake,Rupa  lake etc. Upon our arrival in Pokhara, the beautiful lake city, we are welcomed  with spectacular long,narrow and stretched  view of the Himalayas including Dhaulagiri (8,167m/26,794ft), Manaslu (8,156m/26,759ft), Machhapuchhre (6,993m/22,943ft), the five peaks of Annapurna and others. We check-in to our hotel and take some  rest. In the evening, we will spend some quality times  in the streets of Pokhara and just enjoy being in one of the most beautiful cities of Nepal & to do some shopping as a momento.

Day 8

Sightseeing in Pokhara

Early in the morning of day 8 we will leave for Sarangkot, which is the famous hill in pokhara for sunrise from here we can see Himalaya like Macchhapuchre, Annapurna,Dhaulagiri,Nilgiri and many other highest peaks. It also facilitates you to observe the pokhara valley on south with dark blue spotted lakes and mountain panaroma in the north side. After this we will come back to Pokhara and continue recreating the city’s monuments. Davis Falls is an unearthly waterfall that flows & disappears into a narrow and deep canal formed between the rocks & supposed to have no end. The Gupteshwor Mahendra Cave is located near Davis Fall and shelters a holy monument resembling to Lord Shiva, a Hindu god. We will also move to Bat cave which is a slippery, adventurous cave which has got easy entry but exit is little breath taking lets say. We also do some boating in Phewa Lake, to visit Barahi Temple located at the center of the same lake.We can also go to Begnas Lake which it may be little far from central city of pokhara but is very beautiful and has got specificity for fish dishes. We will visit the famous International Mountain Museum (IMM) that has preserved records, documents, reports and sketch since long time till now.

Day 9

Pokhara to Lumbini via Tansen: 205km, 4-5 hours

Today its 9th day & we will drive to Tansen which is 125 kilometers away from Pokhara. It is a hilly area that is well known  for hand woven Dhaka cloth and specifically nepali typical cap known as (Dhaka Topi) except this it delight you with glitering views of the snow covered Himalayan peaks like Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, Manaslu, Gauri Shankar and others. From Tansen, we will move to Lumbini, the birthplace of Buddha which is about 75 kilometers from Tansen. In the evening, we can a stroll in the local market in lumbini.

Day 10

Sightseeing in Lumbini

Its 10th day of our tour and we will devote whole day visiting many sites in lumbini which is of the world's most religious and historical sacred place. Once we visit Lumbini we feel very  amazing due to its peaceful & spiritual Buddhist ambiance formed due to its landmark’s like monasteries,temples etc. . Lumbini is enlisted in UNESCO World Heritage Site. First of all, we visit to the place where Buddha was exactly born as we know lumbini is renowned as birthplace of Lord Buddha all over the world. Then we will visit Mayadevi temple which consist of holy pond where Buddha took bath for the first time i.e. mayadevi pond.  Right  next to it ,we will see Ashok’s pillar made by Emperor Ashoka(249 BC) in the premises .In addition to all the we will spend some time in the garden around the birthplace and mayadevi temple take some photographs and move on to  visit museum and world’s peace pagoda.we will observe Nepal’s oldest inscription in Lumbini as well. Mainly lumbini is Buddhist site so we can observe many Stupas/Monastries founded by devotees from different countries like Tibet, China, Japan, Burma, Korea, etc. Lumbini has got Flame of peace (shanti deep) which never glow off.

Day 11

Lumbini to Chitwan National Park: 197km, 4-5 hours

Its 11th day of our tour and we will start it will the breakfast early in the morning which is followed by approx. 5 hrs drive & 180 kilometres  away from lumbini to southern lowelands of Nepal, chitwan.Upon the arrival in chitwan we will check-in to the hotel where we will will share you about the activities we are going to do in chitwan during our stay and we will free you to take some rest .in the evening, we will spend some quality time around the national park and bank of rapti river simply on foot during this time we will also catch the spectacular view of sunset down the subtropical jungle in the bank of rapti river .

Day 11

Lumbini to Chitwan National Park: 197km, 4-5 hours

Its 11th day of our tour and we will start it will the breakfast early in the morning which is followed by approx. 5 hrs drive & 180 kilometres  away from lumbini to southern lowelands of Nepal, chitwan.Upon the arrival in chitwan we will check-in to the hotel where we will will share you about the activities we are going to do in chitwan during our stay and we will free you to take some rest .in the evening, we will spend some quality time around the national park and bank of rapti river simply on foot during this time we will also catch the spectacular view of sunset down the subtropical jungle in the bank of rapti river .

Day 12

Chitwan National Park safari

Its  12th day of our touring and we will spend the quality time in Chitwan National Park today. Flora and fauna present in CNP will obviously excite you & completes you hungry eye’s to observe amazing natural creatures from very close distance .Early in the morning , we will have a jungle safari sitting on the back of  elephant , during the safari we go through grassland denser to the forest. Here we will get chance to see endangered mammalian species like one-horned rhino, sloth  bears,deer,clouded leopards,Bengal foxes,wild boar etc.   if we are lucky enough we may observe Royal Bengal Tiger and many other wild animals like leopards peripheries of park. After breakfast, we will  visit the elephant stables and even enjoy bathing the elephants.  During the afternoon , we engage ourselves with a canoe ride down the Rapti River. While canoeing, we may get a close look at the Gharial and Mugger Crocodiles along with fresh water dolphins, otters and varities of birds as well. We may also get chance to see diff varieties of migratory & vagrant species of birds & threated species like Bengal florican,grey crowned yuhina,jungle fowl,pea fowl,flycatchers and many other amazing varities of birds in lake area and diff. parts of dense  forest.

Day 13

Drive from Chitwan to Kathmandu: 127km, 4-5 hours

Early in the morning, we engage ourselves in bird-watching as Chitwan National Park is also home to a large variety of resident and migratory birds. We then have breakfast and drive towards Kathmandu. We reach there by evening and enjoy an authentic Nepali cuisine on our farewell dinner hosted by Himalayan Glacier.

Day 14

Final departure

Our Nepal Holiday Tour comes to an end today! A representative from Limitless will take us to the airport approximately 3 hours before the scheduled flight.
