​ 13 day Kathmandu-Bhotekoshi-Ghandruk-Chitwan-Kathmandu tour is the package which provides the taste of all the landscape of Nepal begining from the hilly area of the country possessing cultural, traditional, artistic prosperity in itself like Pashupathinath temple, Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath stupa, Bouddhanath stupa which are the heritage sites enlisted in World Heritage Sites by UNESCO. Moreover, visits over the valley is followed by the adventurous activities i.e. rafting in the Bhotekoshi river which is most exciting swift flowing river of Nepal for rafting just 45 miles away from the valley. Then we move to Ghandruk which is saddled beneath the mighty Himalayas & is different place to Kathmandu and is present in the higher altitude visit to Ghandruk is like short trekking which will really allow you to expose to the  area near lower mountain range. Our accommodations will be in hotels, resorts and local teahouses (lodges) during the trip. We will be staying at Hotel Moonlight in Kathmandu, The Last Resort for pursuing adventure sports, Mt. Kailash Resort in Pokhara, Tigerland Safari Resort in Chitwan and local tea houses (lodges) during the trek. Accommodation at The Last Resort will be in safari tents which are comfortable and spacious.  All accommodations are on a twin-shared basis. Single supplement will be served on request and will cost an additional USD 350.

All meals will be provided during canyoning, rafting, trekking and in Chitwan. Breakfast only will be served in Kathmandu and Pokhara. Breakfast will be taken in the same place we stay for the night. Similar arrangements can also be made for dinner. Lunch will be taken en route to the next destination(s). There will also be welcome and farewell dinners hosted by Himalayan Glacier.

Physical Condition & Experience Requirements
Adventure Holiday in Nepal combines touring, canyoning, rafting, short trekking and safari. The short trek included in this tour is an easy one and hence suitable for passionate walkers who have the ability to walk for at least 4-5 hours a day with a light day pack. Exercising and jogging regularly for some weeks prior to the trip is a good idea in order to enhance our strength and stability. Past hiking experience would be an asset but no technical skill is required for this trip. Participants with pre-existing medical conditions such as heart, lung, and blood diseases should consult their doctor before booking the trek.

Detail Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Kathmandu

After the arrival in Kathmandu, Limitless Vacation will manag everything to pick you up from the airport & transfer to the hotel. In the late afternoon, you can take rest at our hotel room. In the evening, there will be a welcome dinner hosted by Limitless Vacation for dinner; you will be served excellent Nepalese cuisine which will just left you mesmerized with countrys delicious food variation.Included meals: Dinner

Day 2

Sightseeing in Kathmandu: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple, Swayambhunath and Bauddhanath

After breakfast, we will spend 2nd day visiting sites that are enlisted in world heritage sites by UNESCO and are present in Kathmandu valley they are Pashupatinath temple, Bouddhanath Stupa, Swayambhunath Stupa & Kathmandu Durbar Square. First of all we will be visiting to Pashupatinath temple a very holy temple of lord shiva situated on the banks of sacred river Bagmati. Then we will move to the Bauddhanath Stupa is one of the largest stupas built on Kathmandu which is also believed to be built on the ancient trade route to Tibet.Then visit to Bouddhanath stupa is follow by visit to another stupa called swayambhunath stupa which has got largest population of the monkeys in the valley pardon to say this but they will have no harm on us . Finally at the end of the day we will visit to Kathmandu durbar square or its called Hanuman Dhoka Durbar Square as well. It’s surrounded by quadrangles, revealing courtyards and temples. It is wonderful showcases of Nepalese art & architecture which was designed by newar artists & craftmen with the amazing idea of Malla/shah kings who has over ruled Nepal form 12th to 18th century.Included meals: Breakfast

Day 3

Kathmandu to The Last Resort: Canyoning

Its 3rd day of our trip and today early in the morning, we will drive to The Last Resort located which is about 45 miles away from Kathmandu & near the Nepal-Tibet border. It takes about 3 hours to reach the resort besides bhotekoshi river .After the arrival in The Last Resort, we will enjoy our time with exciting activities like rappelling, skating, jumping, climbing and swimming which is actually the warm-ups to performing  canyoning , ultimate adventure for today. When canyoning  , we will pass through tough steep first and then we slides to pounding waterfalls. It’s really wonderful feeling to have while jumping-off the waterfalls & sliding down through the smooth rocks, really the epinephrine buzzes-off all over the body during canyoning.Overnight: The Last Resort.

Day 4

The Last Resort: Rafting in Bhotekoshi River

Its 4th day of exciting trip and again today it’s all about next adventure & a very famous sport of Nepal i.e. white water rafting. Before beginning rafting, we will take some photographs then  we will start with all our excitements ,while rafting we will be mercilessly challenged  by the swift of the river  descending lower  from the starting  till the end point of the rafting track but we will manage ourselves to combat all these . Except swifts of the river, we will also intermittently raft through smooth sections of the river. During this time, we will catch the natural beauty of the surrounding areas which sometimes includes the fisherman fishing in the river, sandy banks, sometimes group of children’s or villagers watching curiously from the area, we will also catch evergreen forest both sides of the river which is spotted with the winding highway connecting the place to capital of the country which is amazingly worth watching. After completing our rafting we will catch our bus at the end point of rafting and retrace back to resort and we will get back to Kathmandu in the evening and spend remaining time resting in the hotel or strolling in the streets of Kathmandu valley when we may buy the souvenir of the trip.

Day 5

Fly to Pokhara and trek to Ulleri (2050 m/6725 ft): 30 min flight and 6 hours trek

Early in the morning we will land to pokhara via flight. During our flight we are facilitated to see delightful views of the mountains on the right side . Upon our arrival in Pokhara, the beautiful lake city, we are welcomed with magnificent views of the Himalayas including Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Machhapuchhare, the five peaks of Annapurna and others. After taking a rest, we will be driving to Naya Pul and will be starting  the trek. We will pass through sub-tropical valley forests. Sometimes  on the carved trail on the side of the cliff. After lunch, we will be heading towards village of tikhedhunga by  crossing the Modi Khola (river) via a suspension bridge.We really have to  put a hard effort to reach the ulleri hill passing the continually upgoing path made up of gibber stones of thousands of steps . We reach Ulleri by late afternoon.

Day 6

Ulleri to Ghorepani (2750 m/ 9020 ft): 4 - 5 hours trek

After the night stay in ulleri in the fourth day of our tour, we will have breakfast in the morning and with more excitement we will move towards Ghorepani village. The name Ghorepani in Nepali means ‘horse-water’because before it was an important campsite for traders but now it has become a trekker's halt .It facilitates trekker’s with small shops and stalls for buying  local products and crafts. The place has two parts: one higher in the saddle and the other a few hundred feet lower. We halt at the higher part of the Ghorepani village that provides long & narrow range of the surrounding mountains including Annapurna & Nilgiri mountains. Obviously Ghorepani is located in higher altitude than our previous halt, we start to feel more chilly weather especially in the evenings.

Day 7

Ghorepani to Poon Hill to Tadapani (2,700m/8,860 ft): 6 - 7 hours

We make an early morning climb along the steep ways to the viewpoint of poon hill to catch the           glamorous sunriseview over the glitering Himalayas. Poon Hill is situated at 10,529ft above .It is the most popular trekking destination of the Annapurna region and exposes a great view point to enjoy amazing views of Mustang, Pokhara and more than 20 of the highest mountains including the  views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. We can observe panaromic snowy Himalayan views glowing in the morning light. After taking photographs of beautiful scenary and having some coffee or tea or hot chocolate, we trace back to Ghorepani. After breakfast,we start  climbing up a cliff in the eastern side from ghorepani .While descending, along the way we will catch the amazing rhododendron forest and we will also spend sometime in the waterfall .

Day 8

Tadapani to Ghandruk (1,940m/6,360 ft): 3 - 4 hours

While moving from tadapani to ghandruk, we straightly walk downward through the dark and dense forest  . This part of the trek will be through a thick forest which is fomed by lots of old rhododendron trees which bloom and turns into beautiful gardens of dazzling red flowers. It can be observed from flight or afar. Depending upon the season of travel , we will be delighted  by the amazing  sight of cherry blossoms in bloom on the slopes on the other side of the goerge. After trekking for a moment, we enter the village of Ghandruk.This village is mostly inhabited by gurung community. There are lots of a slope settlement with stone houses . Along with enjoying the amazing views of the Fishtail, Annapurna South, and Hiunchuli mountains. At the Gurung Museum in Ghandruk, we will spend sometimes with the simple but rich cultural traditions of the Gurung people.

Day 9

Ghandruk to Pokhara (823m/2,700ft): 4-hour trek and 1-hour’s drive

This is 9th day of our trekking and today we will say goodbye to beautiful Ghandruk to reach Nayalpul firstly then we will drive to pokhara via private vehicle in 1 hour approximately time. After moving from ghandruk through the curving and winding paths moving in and out of the village its all about coming continuously down and down like downhill marathone until we reach birethanti but still we have half and hour left to reach nayapul.  The journey on foot comes to an end at Nayapul, after crossing madhi river with the suspension bridge on the way between birethanti and nayapul. When we complete our trek we  feel like ordeal come to the end but it will be the exciting day with a lot of sweet memories for whole life to remember.Then, we drive to pokhara via private vehicle

Day 10

Drive from Pokhara to Chitwan (815 m/2,674 ft): 134km/4-5 hours

After breakfast, we depart forom the northan hilly area of pokhara to the lower lands of southern part of Nepal famous for sheltering the Chitwan national park which is alo enlisted in UNESCO world heritage site i.e. Chitwan. Upon rarrival in Chitwan, we check in to the hotel, taking some rest we will  stroll around national park area and rapti river and have quality time with lowland’s nature and local peoples lifestyle which is pretty diff. to pokhara may be.We may also enjoy the amazing view of sunset in the bank of rapti river in the evening . Overnight  in Chitwan.

Day 11

Chitwan National Park (CNP) jungle safari.

Its 11th day of our touring and we will spend the quality time in Chitwan National Park today. Flora and fauna present in CNP will obviously excite you & completes you hungry eye’s to observe amazing natural creatures from very close distance .Early in the morning , we will have a jungle safari sitting on the back of  elephant , during the safari we go through grassland denser to the forest. Here we will get chance to see endangered mammalian species like one-horned rhino, sloth  bears,deer,clouded leopards,Bengal foxes,wild boar etc.   if we are lucky enough we may observe Royal Bengal Tiger and many other wild animals like leopards peripheries of park. After breakfast, we will  visit the elephant stables and even enjoy bathing the elephants.  During the afternoon , we engage ourselves with a canoe ride down the Rapti River. While canoeing, we may get a close look at the Gharial and Mugger Crocodiles along with fresh water dolphins, otters and varities of birds as well. We may also get chance to see diff varieties of migratory & vagrant species of birds & threated species like Bengal florican,grey crowned yuhina,jungle fowl,pea fowl,flycatchers and many other amazing varities of birds in lake area and diff. parts of dense  forest.

Day 12

Drive from Chitwan to Kathmandu: 127km, 4-5 hours

Early in the morning, We will take breakfast and drive towards Kathmandu through the gradually upgoing and winding road from lower plane of chitwani to the high hills  of kathmandu along the bank of rivers like narayani & trishuli its amazing to see patches of small colonies on the way to kathmandu in the high hills besides the river .To celebrate  completion of our tour, we will have a farewell dinner in the evening with limitless vacations team members anyou will be sharing our amazing experiences during the tour.

Day 13

Final Departure

Our journey in Nepal comes to an end today! A Limitless Vacation representative will escort us to the airport approximately 3 hours before our scheduled flight. On our way home, we have plenty of time to plan our next adventure in the wonderful country of Nepal.
